The app also utilizes location data to enhance functionality.

• Shift and Order Data: Information related to your work shifts, orders placed through the mobile app, and associated details like delivery locations and timestamps.
• Vehicle Data: Details about vehicles, fuel consumption, and garage maintenance records linked to your account. Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our ERP system and mobile app, including IP addresses, device information, and browsing activity
• Usage Data: Real-time location data collected via ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permissions to track drivers during shifts for order management and route optimization.
• Tenant-Specific Data: Data specific to the tenant (organization) you are associated with, such as tenant ID and related operational data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Facilitate login and authentication for drivers and employees.
• Manage and display shift schedules, orders, and vehicle-related information.
• Enable order processing and tracking through the mobile app, using location data to assign and monitor deliveries in real-time.
• Improve our services by analyzing usage patterns and feedback
• Ensure security and prevent unauthorized access to our multi-tenant system.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Your Employer/Tenant: Your data, including location information, may be shared with the organization (tenant) you are employed by to manage shifts, orders, and vehicle operations.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the ERP system and mobile app, such as cloud hosting or analytics providers, under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
